The US Postal Service is planning to debut its own clothing and accessories line, under brand name “Rain Heat & Snow.”

Obviously, they are basing their line on wearable fashion, with a modern twist. According to Postal Service corporate licensing manager Steven Mills, quoted by Business Insider, the apparel will feature wearable electronics.

"The main focus will be to produce Rain Heat & Snow apparel and accessories using technology to create 'smart apparel' — also known as wearable electronics," Mills says in a statement.

USPS will not exactly be manufacturing the clothes, instead lending their logo and image to the Wahconah group in return for "a small percentage of sales."

Since the organization has been strapped for cash lately, already cutting back on weekend deliveries, I think they are making a smart business decision. Hopefully, the clothes won't resemble their uniforms.
