Nowadays, the USB webcam manufacturers are designing devices capable of attaching just about anywhere, of incorporating all sorts of technologies. Just as you know, the web-accessible cameras typically involve a digital camera which easily uploads images to a web server, either continuously or at regular intervals, by a camera attached to a PC, or by dedicated hardware.

Videoconferencing
cameras typically take the form of a small camera connected directly to a PC. Analog cameras are also sometimes used (often of the sort used for closed-circuit television), connected to a video capture card and then directly or indirectly to the Internet.

This USB web camera is no different that those. It probably features the most portable design I have ever seen and still manages to be a solid device. How come?

Well, for starters, as a user you don't need to place this on top of your monitor, or take extra caution not to knock it and shift the capture angle. It also includes some other technical specifications such as: LED brightness controller, high-definition of 350K of 640 x 480 pixels and a 30fps rate.

The focus range is of 20mm to infinity. It includes auto focus and automatic color compensated. Not to mention it weighs only 143 grams.

Instead, the camera comes with a suction cup, which enables you to stick it on most of the surfaces around you. In this case, glass is said to be the best material. As you've seen in James Bond movies, glass is the most "suckable" material. Besides that, there are half a dozen white LEDs that help illuminating its subject, such as you, for example.

The USB web cam is capable of capturing stills in 640 x 480 resolution as well as some other videos in similar format at 30fps. Apart from that, the cable length measures 1.2 m, which makes it long enough to allow its user to place its cam anywhere he wants.

If you're interested in pricing, well, the device retails for about 22 bucks.
