Forbidden things are the main incentive for teenage reckless behaviors, and if others don't find out about them then everything is worthless. This is one of the rules teenagers all over the world live by.

And since the Internet is one of the most efficient distribution media, the youths fancy it the most for making their bravery deeds, like smoking, drinking alcohol and so on, known to the world.

Vigilant as always, the Americans adults also noticed it and, therefore, decided it was time to change things.

An Illinois school district has created a new rule that will punish students for web postings that depict inappropriate behavior.

All students who participate in extra curricular activities, about 80 percent of the district's 3,200 students, will now be required to sign a pledge agreeing that evidence of illegal or inappropriate behavior posted on the Internet could be grounds for disciplinary action, the Sydney Morning Herald said.

District officials said they will not regularly surf student sites for violations but they will follow up on tips from students, a parent or a community member.
