The pop idol is said to have refused to release his new album in the US.
Robbie Williams claims he would be "mental" to want to find fame in America because it is the only place he can walk around unrecognized.
His new record 'Intensive Care', which goes on sale in the UK next month, won't get an US release.
Although Robbie spends most of his time living in Los Angeles, he explained:
I would have to be mental to invite what I have in the rest of the world to the States, which is really that last place I can walk the streets unmolested.
The only way one of my albums is going to get into an LA record store is if I leave it there myself, the famous singer who has recently gone mobile added.
Robbie has also slammed rumors he was forced by his record label, EMI, to crack America because of his 80millionGBP deal.
I've sold 38million albums. This album, at worst, is going to take me over the 40million quid mark. EMI make three quid a record. You do the maths. They have already recouped, the pop star told Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper.
