US Cellular has just announced it has pulled the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update from its servers and will not be deploying the upgrade anymore until Samsung submits another, bug-free, build.

As AndroidPolice points out, the carrier's announcement doesn't come as a surprise at all, as AT&T made a similar statement a few day ago citing lots of issues affecting Galaxy S4 units.

Here is US Cellular's official statement: “We have suspended the release of the Android 4.3 upgrade for the Samsung Galaxy S 4 at the request of Samsung. This was a global decision made by Samsung and we are working with them on a new resubmission of the software and will have more details soon.”

US Cellular began the deployment of Android 4.3 Jelly Bean for Samsung Galaxy S4 earlier this month, but not all customers received the update. No additional details are available for the moment, but the carrier promises more info soon.
