Is this going to work?

The United States have been attacked by hackers many times by now. The press has paid a lot of attention to this issue, and there have been many articles written about the Pentagon getting hacked by the Chinese. I really regret saying this, but sometimes, if some bad things do not reach the press, they remain unchanged, and this goes for American cyber-security as well.

I don't know if you've read the recent news, but both the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security are having trouble in cyber-space. However, as Newsweek informs, unnamed sources have stated that the White House is quietly preparing a major cyber-defense initiative to be announced this year. And I don't want to be mean (sigh), but if they treat this new measure in the same way as they did with other cyber-security issues, then it just might be a waste of money.

Hackers (especially war hackers) are a serious menace that should be taken into consideration. I don't know what they will come up with next, but I hope it's something efficient, as hackers are advancing so fast now and so many disastrous things can come out of hacking, that if they don't properly enforce security, then they're going to be facing a lot of serious issues!

Let me just give you a few examples of what hackers can do if gaining full control of a certain machine: they can destroy machinery that is fully computer-operated (i.e. industrial fans). They can have a certain control over other machinery (such as radars) and even crash communications. What's even worse is that all this can be done remotely, so that's why these guys need to consider cyber-security! And this goes for every country, as the US isn't the single target that hackers have in their crosshairs!
