A UPS truck has capsized on the Ft. Duquesne Bridge in Pittsburgh, causing packages it was transporting to spill onto the roadway.

The incident took place at roughly 4:30 a.m. on Friday near the Route 65-North Shore split. The truck was traveling on the southbound lane, which was closed down after impact.

The tractor-trailer turned to its side and fuel leaked out, CBS Pittsburgh reported. The circumstances of the crash have not been revealed at this point.

The driver has been transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The fuel spill was cleaned up by PennDOT crews, who used sand to clear the road.

Route 65 on-ramp to the Ft. Duquesne Bridge was also partially closed off by Pennsylvania State Police, after debris and the contents of the truck fell onto the lower deck of the bridge.
