Forget all I've said about Kim Kardashian's non-existent sex tape. Also, while you're at it, forget all she said about how yes, it exists, but she's not going to make it public or about how Ray J (Brandy's brother and the male protagonist) would not do such a thing as to sell it for profit. Either Kim or Ray (it is yet unclear which of the two) sold the home made footage (featuring a golden shower and other racy sex-related stuff) for an estimated $1 million and, just as we speak, it is being prepped to go out on DVD. PageSix reports that the one who shopped it around and who eventually cashed in from it preferred to be known only as 'an anonymous third party'. The 'Kim Kardashian Superstar' video was purchased yesterday by porn purveyor Vivid Video that already announced that it would be released on DVD on February 28. Steven Hirsch, the co-chairman of said company says that he believes they are acting legally with making the tape public, because they paid good money for it. 'We are comfortable that we have the legal right to distribute this video . . . I've seen the video and it's really great. It has over 30 minutes of explicit sex that fans of erotica will find very appealing . . . Apparently, the video was shot by Ray J about three years ago when he and Kim were in a relationship. Viewers will definitely get their money's worth.', he said in a press statement. The DVD launch will coincide with the release of a new website, kimksuperstar.com, which will also include additional footage that will not be included on the DVD. Actually, the site is already up and running, but Hirsch said that they are still working on it. Apparently, everyone involved is hoping that, by carefully marketing the sex tape, they will make it ten times better than Paris Hilton's 'One Night in Paris'. When the media contacted Kim's publicist, he was completely shocked by what he was being told. 'Are you f**king me? Kim is going to die . . . are you sure? She will be taking legal action against anyone responsible for this. She was unaware of this and caught completely off-guard.', he said over the phone. Ray J could not be reached for comment.
