As we informed you earlier today, the Spice Girls will reunite for a series of live performances that will help promote their Greatest Hits album coming up later this year.
Following the announcement made just about an hour ago, we are now in the position to provide the tour dates. Here they are: Los Angeles on Dec. 7, Las Vegas on Dec. 8 , New York on Dec. 11, London on Dec. 15, Cologne on Dec. 20, Madrid on Dec. 23, Beijing on Jan. 10, Hong Kong on Jan. 12, Sydney on Jan. 17, Cape Town on Jan. 20 and Buenos Aires on Jan. 24.
We also have an update on the amount of money that each member of the Spice Girls is going to cash in. Needless to say, I too would join the Spice Girls if they paid me $20 million.
According to other media outlets, after the announcement, the girls went into the studio to record their vocals for the tour. It seems they can no longer be trusted to properly perform live on stage (when were they?). That doesn't mean they are going to lip sync, not that. It means, however, that their vocals will be constantly processed through a computer program that will almost instantly (less than a tenth of a second) correct any mistake in their voices. The final result will be the impression that the Spice Girls vocals sound perfectly.
We have provided a picture of the Spice Girls in their current condition. To the left we have Victoria with her AWFUL implants (I'll never understand what David Beckham saw in her). Next to her is Melanie C, who looks really hot after all these years. Geri Halliwell....she always used to stand out from the rest of the band members, but when everybody else is going for glamor black, what the devil possessed you to wear those curtains? Moving right along we see Emma Bunton, who is still worthy of her Baby Spice surname. As for Melanie B, not bad, considering she gave birth just two months ago.
