The folks at UCweb are about to release a new and improved mobile browser for Java phones. UC Browser Java 8.2 Beta brings lots of new features and delivers a smoother experience for those who feature-phones.

Although the application is 20K larger than the previous version, UC Browser Java 8.2 runs smoother on handsets with low memory.

In addition, developers reinstated the sharing function back, in order for users to more easily share anything from their social networking accounts.

A brand new function has been introduced as well, “Find in page” which allows users to locate key words within a browser page. There’s also a new set of shortcuts optimized for users with QWERTY phones.

UCweb will also launch a UC Browser installer for users who own phones that are not recognized by the official download site.
