14 DAY TRIAL // U.S. Cellular has just become the first carrier to offer a customized menu application for Amazon Appstore. The software is exclusively available to all U.S Cellular customers who use an Android device.
With the customized application menu, users will see a new U.S. Cellular tab, which means these pre-selected apps have been approved by the carrier.
Moreover, the application provides Android users with easier access to lots of apps, including games, business tools, and social media. According to the carrier, more software would be added soon.
The Amazon Appstore for Android comes pre-loaded on U.S. Cellular Android-based devices, along with other third-party apps, such as Kindle for Android, Amazon Mobile, Audible for Android, Zappos and Amazon MP3.
“The U.S. Cellular menu in the Amazon Appstore is a great way for our customers to discover new apps that are practical and fun,” said Edward Perez, vice president of marketing and sales operations at U.S. Cellular.
