Typinator makes hyperspeed data entry a reality

This morning I was very curious to see what MacUpdate had in store for us, so - as soon as I woke up - I jumped to my computer and checked today's promo. When it's about data entry, fast is never enough. After all, a programmer that thinks fast and types slow is always better than one that types in a procedure call in a matter of seconds but it takes him half an hour to get the coding done right. Although this program is not especially built for programmers - but rather for people that have to do a lot of typing, use signatures, greeting phrases, fill in forms - the code masters can also use Typinator, because this is the program I am talking about, for quickly entering code templates or use shortcuts for inserting Unicode symbols.

What you need to find out about this program now would be: today's promo that will run for another 21 hours from now on helps you get it for half its price, 9.99$. However, if you want to give it a quick try, a trial version is also available; it runs on any Mac OS X version including 10.3.9 and later and comes as an Unicode Binary application that doesn't have any problems with PowerPC or Intel processors.

If you find yourself writing the same things over and over again, filling forms with the same data, typing the same URLs each day (but cleaning all history records every night and not keeping bookmarks...) and need quick access to images like your logo, signature or your wife's picture, then this program is for you. Typinator is easy to configure, works with arbitrary applications, can insert current date and time, pictures, has full Unicode support and there's no special service that needs to be installed with it. Needless to say, this program is very easy to use, so if you think it may be useful, hurry up! There are only 21 hours remaining and the clock is ticking...
