The US is just about to get their own Nokia N95 phone. The unexpected thing about this information is that the handset will come not in one, but in two different versions. We will see a 3G version of the phone and the black Nokia N95 that everyone has been following over the past time.

There is a high chance to see that these two models are actually aimed at different carriers capable of supporting their performances. The 3G one will be a quad-band GSM phone compatible with AT&T's network. The phone will not support T-Mobile's band, which means that there are little chances of seeing it here.

Everybody has been waiting for the 8GB Nokia N95 phone model. The possibility of it soon hitting the market has been grounded only on rumors, so it's not really surprising that it hasn't happened till now. Still, it looks like the RAM memory has been expanded, although the microSD card slot makes up most of the available memory for this mobile phone.

The phone looks very much like the original Nokia N95 that we have seen until now, with slight differences when it comes to design and performances both. The phone has given up the cover for the lens, most probably in order to make room for a battery change which has been long taunted.

The black Nokia N95 is one version of the phone which everyone has been expecting with high hopes of being amazed. From what specifications show, this is indeed the 8GB version that people have been expecting. Still, it looks like the phone will have no microSD card slot, although the internal one should manage to satisfy just about anyone. Other than that, this model has no 3G and a black case to distinguish it from the classic version.

There is no information on the exact date when the two phone models will hit the US market, although the FCC approval is one important step towards making this possible.
