Two New BenQ Joybooks with Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology

BenQ unveils two Joybooks that adopt the latest Intel Centrino Duo Mobile Technology - the BenQ Joybook S73 and S61, aimed at providing mobile users a full-featured notebook with premium quality display and exceptional multimedia functions.


Weighing a mere 1.5kg (without batteries), the Joybook S61 is the only 12.1-inch widescreen notebook with a display that comes with a Digital TV function and a full size ergonomic keyboard for a wider typing surface and a better typing touch.

The S61 features also user-friendly software programs such as Skype and QMediaCenter for easy access to multimedia content, QPresentation software for automatic resolution adjustment, as well as Hotkey Manager for quick access to various applications. Furthermore, the notebook boasts enhanced speaker placement, noise reduction and echo cancellation design enabling greater sound quality.

The 14.1-inch Joybook S73 has ATI X1600 graphics embedded and features versatile video output options, including DVI-D output signal for quality digital output.

Moreover, the S73 is a 14.1-inch widescreen notebook that is equipped with Digital TV function. Its enhanced speaker placement allows sound positioning to be more accurate and the noise reduction and echo cancellation design offers a higher and more qualitative voice communication.
