Google has just announced the availability of various services for its Android users under a single name, Google Play.

Among these services, we can count the official app portal for the mobile OS, previously known as Android Market and currently named Google Play store.

To celebrate the move to this new branding, the company has announced a 7-day promotion for its users, with various paid applications available for much less than usual.

Among them, we can count the N.O.V.A. 2: Near Orbit Vanguard Alliance & Asphalt 6: Adrenaline games from Gameloft, which are available for only $0.49 / £0.49 now.

There are other games and applications available as part of this special “50 percent off” offer as well, including titles from EA Games, Zolmo, TuneIn, and more. Just go to the Google Play Store and have a look at them.
