Music fans reaping the benefits of Twitter’s fresh approach to finding new music by means of Tweets and Follows have a new update to install on their iOS devices.

Some bugs have been plaguing the iOS Twitter #music app, something that doesn’t seem to be evidenced in the comments on iTunes, which mostly include hate reviews because the app doesn’t give people free music. As if that’s always been the deal between the people who strive to create it and those who consume it.

But the changelog does mention a few issues with the app that you may have experienced yourself. For example, a crash could occur on launch if your network is down or was operating slowly. If so, update to the new Twitter #music 1.2.1.

The artist profile page for the feature tweet is now displayed as an artist profile, not a user profile. If you like how that sounds, update to the new version.

Users can now find out how to generate a temporary password if they sign in with Twitter's Two-Factor authentication option. If you’re feeling insecure, go ahead and update.
