14 DAY TRIAL // The official Twitter account of the famous Welsh lyric mezzo-soprano Katherine Jenkins has been hacked by an individual she describes as a “crazy Selena Gomez fan.”
“Sorry my account was hacked by some crazy Selina Gomez fan! Hopefully all sorted now but if u read anything weird, u know the prob is back!” Jenkins wrote on Twitter after recovering her account.
The hacker blocked several of the accounts she was following and deleted her tweets. Following the incident, the celebrity’s Twitter account is no longer verified.
A large number of Twitter accounts owned by celebrities have been hacked over the past couple of weeks. The list of victims includes the Jersey Shore cast, Director and Editor Alfredo Flores, One Direction’s Niall Horan, and Canadian ice hockey player Tyler Seguin.
