Twitter Inc. is out with version 6.0 of its iOS client featuring a new design, the ability to share photos in Direct Messages, selective notifications, support for Safari reading list, and more.

Download Twitter 6.0 today and you’ll notice a brand spanking new design featuring flat graphics and every bit of oomph that is needed to match the look and feel of iOS 7.

Swiping in Timelines now brings up Home, Activity, and Discover, and Direct Messages are easier to access, says Twitter.

Speaking of Direct Messages, you can now send and receive photos via DMs. If you want to view replies, retweets, and favorites from only the people that you follow, you can now choose this option too.

You can also directly access tweets from people you follow using search results. The same goes for people who are near you. Finally, Twitter 6.0 allows you to save web pages for later viewing via Safari Reading List.
