Twitter has pushed out a big update for users of its iOS client adding new search and Discover capabilities, improvements to performance, right-to-left language support for Arabic and Hebrew, and more.

Twitter’s new Discover tab brings a single stream of Tweets, Trends, Activity and accounts to follow, and you can now pull to refresh or keep scrolling to see more stuff on the go.

The Search bar now shows the most relevant mix of users, Tweets and photos, according to Twitter Inc.

Users can see five recent searches now with the option to clear recent history with a tap, and tapping links instantly opens web pages.

Old-generation device owners will see performance improvements resulting in faster load times.

The Connect tab now shows interactions by default, including new followers, retweets and mentions. Users can make a tweak in the settings and switch to “view mentions only.”

Other changes include better right-to-left language support for Arabic and Hebrew, and several other bug fixes and improvements.
