14 DAY TRIAL // Tweetbot, the full-featured iOS Twitter client has received its compatibility patch for the all-new iOS 7 software update. This new release is destined for the iPhone and iPod touch version of the app.
Tweetbot for Twitter version 2.8.5 fixes an issue with smart quotes under iOS 7, as well as a nearby search bug which also seems to be triggered on the new firmware.
Strangely the iPad version remains unaffected by these bugs (or Tapbots is taking its time to address iOS 7 compatibility for tablets).
Tweetbot remains compatible with iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad, and only requires iOS 5.0 to run.
The popular Twitter client is optimized for all resolutions, including 4-inch Retina displays and tablet screens.
