Turn Your iPhone 5 into a “Wireless Drive”

Wireless Drive is a new application from Eightythree Technology which allows you to store, view and manage files on your iPhone or iPad, as well as to connect your new iPhone 5 as a portable (yet wireless) Flash drive.

A free download from Apple’s App Store (for a limited time), Wireless Drive lets you connect your iDevice to your Mac or PC over your home’s Wi-Fi network and transfer any files via simple drag & drop commands, straight from the Finder or Windows Explorer.

The app provides a document viewer, PDF reader, music player, image viewer, voice recorder, text editor, file manager and file management including delete, move, copy, email, share, and even compression options (zip / unzip).

It’s got cloud storage support built-in for the likes of Dropbox and iCloud, and supports all iDevices that run iOS 5.3 or later.

Wireless Drive is also fully optimized for iOS 6 and the new iPhone 5.
