14 DAY TRIAL // The development team at Turbine has launched a new trailer, designed to show players the new environments that they will be able to explore as part of the new Great River expansion for their MMO The Lord of the Rings Online.
Despite being close to five years old at the moment, the MMO still looks pretty good and managed to create some impressive spaces that do justice to the vision that J.R.R. Tolkien had for his fantasy universe and even compare well to what the celebrated movie trilogy delivered.
The Great River update to The Lord of the Rings Online introduces new areas for intrepid players to explore and allows them to face wargs.
There are also fixes for the MMO and a number of changes to the core game features that will be fully used by the Rider of Rohan expansion, which will be launched during the fall.
It will introduce new areas to explore and allow gamers to engage in mounted combat while also increasing the level cap to 85.
