Tumblr 1.3.0 for iPhone Adds Messages, Tags

Tumblr, the app that lets you share content, manage your blogs, and find people to follow, has been updated on the iPhone to add messages, tags, dashboard shortcuts, and more.

Tumblr iOS now lets you send Fan Mail to your favorite blogs, use tags, and view tracked and featured tags, as well as track or untrack tags.

Version 3.1.0 brings dashboard shortcuts, and a Fast reblog feature (just press and hold the Reblog icon, says the development team).

You also get advanced post sharing by pressing and holding the Like icon, as well as Onboarding, which allows you friends to sign up directly through the app.

You can now find blogs by browsing Tumblr’s Spotlight. Additionally, you can search contacts and Facebook. Finally, there are new alerts for Likes, Reblogs, and Follows.
