Leading mobile-application and -game developer SPB Software announced on Thursday the launch of yet another title for the owners of a Windows Mobile-powered handset, the SPB Quads 1.0 game. According to the company, the new title enables users either to spend their time in a more fun way, or to enjoy a long-term, multi-level strategic evolution of their progress on the company's online high-score list.

The new SPB Quads 1.0 game is based on the SPB Quadronica title, and comes towards Windows Mobile-based touchscreen handsets as an arcade game meant to enable users to test their pattern-finding skills. What a player should do in this game includes the revealing and marking “rectangles' corners of the same colors in a field filled with color bricks, thus 'destroying' them and earning scores.” Users can choose either to play a time-limited mode or a strategic mode, each of them coming with its own gameplay scenario.
