Apple offers various scenarios and potential fixes for WiFi issues in your home

Customers looking to learn what they can do if they have an issue connecting their Apple TV to a wireless network now have a lengthy knowledge base article to review and see if they can fix the problem themselves, instead of taking the device back to Apple.

The Cupertino giant indirectly acknowledges that Apple TV owners may experience wireless connection problems, not necessarily because the device can’t handle the workload, but because of several factors that general affect these types of connectivity.

As such, Apple offers several scenarios that apply to all Apple TV models, as well as individual scenarios for particular models, such as the 1st-generation set-top box. And if none of the seven potential solutions doesn’t seem to resolve the issue, Apple says “try restarting your router / base station and Apple TV.”

I’d love to consult the person who put this solution at the bottom of the page, right after I’ve tried “all of the above” with zero results.
