South America continues to be Motorola Mobility’s playground. The US-based handset manufacturer launched its entire range of feature-phones and affordable Android smartphones.

A bunch of handsets that have yet to be launched in other important markets made their way into countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Peru and Chile.

Following the launch of Motorola MOTOGO! in Argentina, this weekend the company announced the immediate availability of the triple SIM version of this handset in Brazil.

Dubbed Motorola MOTOGO! Slim, the feature-phone is now available for purchase in Brazil via authorized resellers across the country for a suggested retail price of R$ 379 (185 USD or 145 EUR).

If dual-SIM is not enough for you, Motorola now offers a cheap triple SIM solution to those who own more than two SIM cards and need to use them on a daily basis.

Aside from that, the new MOTOGO! Slim comes with a full portrait QWERTY keyboard, which makes typing much easier and more accurate.

Another strong point of the budget-friendly feature-phone is the fact that it offers Wi-Fi support, besides GPRS and EDGE. This will surely help users to greatly reduce costs when surfing on the Internet.

Even though Motorola MOTOGO! Slim is not a smartphone, the handset allows users to automatically sync their Google account, contacts, calendar and emails in the cloud.

It is also worth mentioning that the feature-phone comes packed with FM radio, 2-megapixel rear camera and a free 4 GB microSD memory card. Keep in mind that storage can be further expanded up to 32GB.

MOTOGO! Slim is ideal for those who want to use SIM-cards from different carriers and ensure the best rates. The QWERTY keyboard makes typing and texting easy, and the slim design is a great for people who put a premium on style,” said Edson Bortolli, products director, Motorola Mobility Brazil.
