Trine 2, the gorgeous side-scrolling puzzle platform from Finnish developer Frozenbyte, might be coming to the PlayStation 4 in the near future, at least according to a report based on the schedule of an upcoming gaming expo in Finland.

Trine 2 delighted millions of PC, PS3, Xbox 360, and Wii U owners a couple of years ago by delivering a gorgeous experience with great graphics and impressive puzzle platformer gameplay.

After working on some new content for the game and launching a Trine 2 Director's Cut, Frozenbyte is apparently going to confirm a PlayStation 4 edition of the game.

This is at least according to the schedule of an upcoming Finnish gaming conference, as found by one NeoGAF member.

The schedule mentions a panel hosted by Frozenbyte in which it talks about Trine 2 for the PS4.

No other details were given and, so far, the studio hasn't commented.
