Trauma Center: Under the Knife Unlockables and Hints

Trauma Center: Under the Knife is a video game made and published exclusively for the Nintendo DS handheld platform by Atlus on June 30, 2005, in its native Japan, October 4, 2005, in North America, and April 28, 2006, in Europe and the rest of the world, but was later remade for the Nintendo Wii home console, under a new name: Trauma Center: Second Opinion.

Like its name suggests, Trauma Center: Under the Knife is a surgical simulator, with players assuming the role of a doctor in the near future, who must treat a wide array of patients that suffer from unique diseases with special instruments like surgical lasers, antibiotic gels, ultrasound machines, but also regular things like syringes or scalpels, while trying to prevent their deaths or the infection of other patients from the hospital.

X missions
Successfully complete the game to unlock bonus X missions under the "Challenge Mode" option. Completing each X mission unlocks the next mission in the series, in the following order.

HINTS

Defusing the bomb
When you are defusing the bomb, take your time. After she tells you to pull out the triggers, you can forget all about the water. Now all you have to do is follow the wires coming out of the box that show you the temperature. After that, you must take your time. You have to cut red wires and if you touch the white, you will lose. Once you cut all the red wires, you get the operation successful message.

CPR
When giving CPR, putting antibiotic gel on the blue bar before you begin pumping decreases the time the patient spends flatlining by a lot.
