Transmission has just been updated to version 1.20, featuring support for resetting global statistics, the ability to IP block using the Bluetack Level1 blocklist, updated Dock badge images and improved support for multitracker torrents. Transmission 1.20 is a free download.

Transmission runs natively on Mac OS X, seamlessly configuring your network, banning peers who send corrupted data intelligently, using protocol encryption and built in Peer Exchange. Everything is done in the background while users needn't worry about manipulating settings.

First of all, Transmission 1.2 adds support for http tracker connections, IP blocking using the Bluetack Level1 blocklist, multitracker torrents, faster UPnP port mapping on startup and the ability to reset global statistics as far as All Platforms platforms go. Various bugfixes are also in order, according to the release notes that can be found right here, in full.

However, the Mac version of the software adds even more features like the fact that the display of decimal numbers matches system international settings and updated Dock badge images.
