A style correspondent is suing BET and parent company VIACOM for making him wear men's clothing at an award show.

Brandon Sessoms, who goes by the name B. Scott, claims that he was wearing women's clothes approved by organizers while covering the BET Awards.

According to the Daily Mail, during the show, he was told that his clothes were not acceptable and he was made to change into the outfit that is presented above.

He has filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court. He mentions being replaced by Adrienne Bailo and then fired.

He has also placed a complaint with the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing Discrimination.

“BET and VIACOM made him feel less than his colleagues and made him feel that something was wrong with him as a person,” the lawsuit claims.
