14 DAY TRIAL // Bravo’s hit reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, RHOBH for short, is about to get its fifth season soon and the network has released the first trailer to promote it. It’s exactly as messy and dramatic as you expected it to be.
Newcomers to the series with this new season include “The Young and the Restless” veteran Eileen Davidson and “Melrose Place” former star Lisa Rinna. Not to be mean or anything, but Lisa’s lips seem to have gotten even bigger than they were the last time she was on a reality show.
Brandi Glanville is also coming back at least for a few episodes, and it seems that she and Eileen don’t really see eye to eye. However, the biggest rivalry this season promises to be between Eileen and Lisa, with the latter admitting to the camera that she couldn’t stand her the moment she saw her.
Word of this had transpired in the tabloids some time ago, with insiders claiming that Lisa was super upset that Eileen got the bigger paycheck of the two. Apparently, she’ll be $750,000 (€599,075) richer by the time she finishes production on the season, which makes her the highest earner this season.
The trailer doesn’t say if this is what Lisa finds most annoying about Eileen, but there are several scenes included hinting that she thinks she’s making a pass at her husband.
The video ends in typical Housewives fashion, with the promise of a huge blowout and a fight in a restaurant, right after Lisa throws her drink in Eileen’s face. Like one does when tempers soar.
