Total Commander Ultima Prime, which is an extended version of the famous Total Commander, has received a new round of improvements this morning, so make sure you deploy the update as fast as possible.

Basically, the new version doesn’t bring any major improvements, but it does come with updates for the built-in utilities, including Notepad++, Opera, Recuva, and uTorrent.

At the same time, the developing team says that various plugins have been updated, while the known bugs have been fixed, which means that enhanced stability and reliability should be offered after deploying the new build.

The application continues to include support for all Windows versions still on the market, including the newly-launched Windows 8.1, with compatibility offered for both 32- and 64-bit builds.

Overall, this isn’t such an impressive update, but you’re still recommended to install it, so go ahead and download Total Commander Ultima Prime 5.9 right now to see what’s new.
