Do you have a small to medium-size business and you need a laptop to manage your finances and other company-related stuff?

The Toshiba Tecra C50 might be just what you need. This enterprise-class PC starts at only $579 / €450, which is way below most professional laptops on the market today.

For this amount of money, customers will be awarded a 15.6-inch laptop with HD display (presumably this means 1366 x 768 pixel resolution).

In the hardware department, there’s a choice between Intel Core i3 or Core i5 processors fitted with 4GB of RAM and 500GB hard drive. Toshiba says the system relies on a battery capable of delivering up to seven hours of battery life.

Other specifications include HD webcam, Bluetooth 4.0, dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, full-sized HDMI, VGA ports, Gigabit Ethernet, SD Card reader, two USB 3.0 and one USB 2.0.

Toshiba offers an option of configuring the Tecra C50 with an Intel Core i5 processor and the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) v1.2 to provide an extra level of security to protect the business-related information onboard of the laptop.

The notebook takes advantage of Toshiba’s EasyGuard Technology, which adds multi-tiered security and data protection, in case the product is subjected to accidental drops and bumps.

The two configurations, the Core i3 and Core i5 are already available for purchase from Ingram Micro and other solution provider networks.
