This is probably the same device that showed up in Germany last month

Earlier today, it was revealed Toshiba might be working on a 10-inch Encore tablet, but it appears that’s not all the company has in-store for us for the upcoming future.

As Liliputing reports, the Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro convertible has just been spotted clearing the FCC, which means its launch on the market is pretty immanent.

The original Satellite Click has been launched back in 2013, with the machine getting its name from the “Click”-able mechanism that lets you snap the keyboard dock to the tablet.

Now Toshiba appears to be working on its successor, which will certainly come with a more powerful configuration.

Judging by the drawings showcasing the device at the FCC, the 2-in-1 tablet/notebook convertible appears to have a 13-inch display and feature Harman Kardon speakers.

Other specifications aren't spotted in the FCC filing, but Toshiba did launch a similar machine in Germany in late April.

This device was listed with an Intel Core i5-4210U Haswell dual-core processor with Intel HD 4400 graphics, 4GB of RAM, up to 256GB of storage, 802.11 ac Wi-Fi and HDMI out.

In terms of display, Toshiba offered FHD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels), which is pretty nice. The battery was said to be able to last up to 7 hours of use.

Could this be the Toshiba Satellite Click 2 Pro that went through the FCC? In all possibility it could, but we’ll just have to wait and see.
