14 DAY TRIAL // Building upon the high-quality Tecra series, the latest in this line from Toshiba Digital Products Division (a division of Toshiba America information Systems, Inc.) is a laptop that reflect customer feedback. The mobile computer is aimed at use in small to mid-size business environments and features a variety of configurations, a fingerprint-resistant texture finish for easy handling, a contemporary look and feel, as well as the EasyGuard technology, for protection against bumps and spills.
The Tecra A11 is thinner and lighter than previous models in this series and uses a bright, LED-backlit, 15.6-inch diagonal HD widescreen display. It runs on either of the Intel Core i3-330M, i5-430M or i5-520M processors, has up to 3GB of DDR3memory at 166MHz, up to a 320GB HDD (7200rpm) storage and a DVD-SuperMulti drive (+/-R double layer). The system comes with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD, but can feature upgrades such as an NVIDIA GeForce 512MB graphics card.

The Tecra A11 laptop runs Genuine Windows XP Professional (32-bit, SP3) with Recovery Media for Genuine Windows 7 Professional and features eSATA and USB sleep-and-charge ports, as well as a built-in webcam, a Mini Display Port with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 (higher than HDMI), as well as a numeric ten-key pad. In addition, options such as a fingerprint reader with multi-level password-protection prevents against unauthorized data access.
