the help of BitTorrent protocol.

These clients are free, available for all popular operating systems like Microsoft Windows, Linux and MacOS and they usually require the specification of certain settings for an optimal functionality.

After the installation of this add-on, you are ready to begin the torrents download because it does not need any manually configuration setup. It has built in support for NATs, uPNP and firewalls.

Another useful add-on is Torrent Finder Toolbar which will allow you to search torrents over 170 torrent sites. The torrents search is very flexible: you can search a single site or multiple site on the same page or in separate tabs. If you have installed the Greasemonkey extension, on the userscripts.org website, you will find many user scripts that will enhance the peer-to-peer files searching and sharing. For example, there are scripts that add pseudo-AJAX functionality to IMDB (at your browser level) in order to make the direct search of torrents possible from a certain IMDB page.
