The sequel to the popular Torchlight RPG was launched about a month ago and received overwhelming positive feedback from players and media alike.

Although the game got its fair share of patches, Torchlight II is not among those games plagued by issues that make it unplayable.

Today, developers released a new patch that promises to fix some of the problems reported by players since release.

Firstly, the update is said to fix an issue with Intel HD graphics cards which should not show ghosting/smearing effects if shadows are enabled.

In addition, some balancing fixes have been added as well, along with consistent performance optimization to buff/debuff bar displays when there are a large number of overlapping, nonexclusive effect.
