Telia stores have revealed the first ten mobile phones which listed the highest selling rates during May. As in the past, Nokia and Sony Ericsson have been the buyers' favorites, as they left no room for any other mobile phone producers to enter the classification.

Just as it happened before too, Nokia 1110i has been designated as the most appreciated mobile phone. This comes not because of its features, but
as this low-end mobile phone offers the basic communication need to anyone at a small price.

Moving on to the more sophisticated handset devices, we see that Nokia N95 has proved to be the most appreciated. This mobile phone worked its way through the classification from the eighth place up to the second in the top and took its position as the most appreciated high-end device.

The surprise comes from Sony Ericsson K810i, which closely follows the Nokia's N95 mobile phone. This handset has sprung out of nowhere and set its place on the third position in Telia's ranking.

One interesting aspect is that the most highly appreciated mobile phone, Nokia 1110i holds none of the special facilities of modern mobile phones. All others came equipped at least with a built-in camera and an MP3 player. Even more, the first three high-end mobile phones in the classification also had 3G capabilities.

As a result of this classification, Telia has decided to make a special offer for all those that intend on buying a Nokia N95. All customers of this handset will receive three months of free navigation with Telia Navigator.

The statistics of this top are based on results registered in 75 stores in Sweden. TeliaSonera is the main telecommunications company in the Nordic and Baltic region which provides reliable and innovative services. This includes transferring and packaging voice, images, data, information, transactions and entertainment.
