14 DAY TRIAL // Yahoo is the most powerful rival for the search giant Google but the company is even more than a Google rival. Although their search technologies are challenging one another, Yahoo provides a lot of products with millions of users from every corner of the world. Take for example Yahoo Messenger, the most popular instant messaging client on the Internet that is currently used as the main solution for Internet communications. That's why I decided to write the most efficient Yahoo products along with their description and more information.
1. Yahoo Messenger is surely the most popular instant messaging client, representing the main solution for Internet communications. As you surely know, the application allows you to chat via text, webcam or VoIP. Beside these functions, Yahoo Messenger also allows you to send files on the Internet, send audibles and emoticons and many more other functions. 2. Yahoo Mail is regarded as the most popular web-based email solution because most of the Internet users already own an account. I admit the number of the users is also increased by the compatibility of the account with Yahoo Messenger but Yahoo Mail is surely chosen by a lot of users. Because it is so popular, Yahoo Mail can compete with Messenger for the first position but I preferred to place it on the second position for its spam filters that are sometimes very weak.

4. Yahoo Games is probably one of the most impressive communities of gamers because it allows Internet users to play numerous multiplayer games. I guess there is no Internet user that never played Yahoo Pool, Backgammon or Poker so the service receives the fourth position.
5. Yahoo News is the rival of Google News but it is rarely brought into the spotlight because it is not accused of copyright infringement as often as the Google product. Although it is quite useful, Yahoo News was recently sued by a Belgian newspaper for copying headlines without authorization.
