Two larger-than-life personalities met yesterday to discuss an agreement between Britain and California, whose purpose is to contribute to the reduction of global warming. Of course, the two personalities involved are none other than British Prime Minister Tony Blair and former body-builder/actor Arnold Schwarzegger.
After all the environmental issues were approached and dealt with, Arnie asked Blair what he would like to do when his term has ended. Blair answered honestly that he has no idea or plan for the future but he is sure that he won't stand for a fourth term.
It was at this moment that Schwarzegger suggested a very odd career change for Britain's Prime Minister. He told Blair that he has two options: either he goes for a job at the UN or he could try his chances in Hollywood, where he (Schwarzegger) would more than glad put in a good word for him and to get him the part for 'Terminator 4'.
Although Arnold made his offer laughing, it was pretty obvious that he has a lot of confidence in Blair: '[...] whatever job he wants, he will get, because he has such a great success rate at home and he has done such a remarkable job I think. If he needs a job and wants a job in Hollywood, I'll get him to play "Terminator 4". Anything's available'.
Blair answered in the same note and said that this was the best offer he received so far. Actually, he added, the only offer that came his way: 'Now this is definitely the best offer I've had. Actually, the sad thing is, it's the only offer I've had'.
Does that mean that he will at least consider it?
