For some of us that remember, the popular game Tommy Gun was first released in 1996 by Amiga. Recently, the games' new improved version was announced by Mobile Amusements publisher. Tommy Gun is expected to become a popular mobile game, being quite an easy challenge for most of the professional mobile game players.

The game is
not very complex and the rules are easy to follow no matter the age. The players, that virtually take the role of Tommy must travel through Supermarket City, Paradise Island and Fairground Attractions.

In every single zone, they have to battle against enemies like: pirate parrots or evil clowns. The game has excellent graphic features and a very high playability. The sound effects are remarkable. Overall, the game is presented in an interesting package. The game is suitable for all ages as it is a side-scrooling shooter game.

Tommy Gun game is expected to have a Java version for mobile phones, as Mobile Amusement plans to adopt the Java 2ME handsets.

"Mobile Amusements have attempted to cram in as much as possible from the original title into Java based mobile devices, whilst covering as many older and newer handsets as possible and maintaining the 'quick game snack' nature of mobile phone gaming," said CEO Adrian Cummings.

For the owner of a mobile phone, games like Tommy Gun are entertaining no matter if you're playing it on the road to office, at school or in the bus. The game is said to be the best in 2 players, and since it's only 12, 99 Uk pounds, I suggest you take a look!
