See what specifications computers need to meet in order to play with Lara Croft

The PC requirements for the upcoming Tomb Raider reboot have just been revealed, with Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix detailing the specifications that need to be met by computers that want to run the game.

The new Tomb Raider title will be released at the beginning of next month across the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 platforms.

While the console versions will be made by Crystal Dynamics, the PC edition has been handled by Nixxes, which already worked on Deus Ex: Human Revolution for that same platform.

Besides confirming that the PC edition of Tomb raider will include Steamworks and Big Picture mode support, not to mention technologies like tessellation, SSAO, or high-resolution textures, publisher Square Enix has now revealed the PC requirements of the game, so check them out below, via Eurogamer.

Minimum system requirements for PC

Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows Vista,7,8 (32bit/64bit) DirectX 9 graphics card with 512Mb Video RAM: AMD Radeon HD 2600 XT, nVidia 8600 Dual core CPU: AMD Athlon64 X2 2.1 Ghz (4050+), Intel Core2 Duo 1.86 Ghz (E6300) 1GB Memory (2GB on Vista)

Recommended system requirements for PC

Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8 DirectX 11 graphics card with 1GB Video RAM: AMD Radeon HD 4870, nVidia GTX 480 Quad core CPU: AMD Phenom II X2 565, Intel Core i5-750 4GB Memory

The new Tomb Raider will be released on March 5.
