
Amid the picture madness that engulfed all celebrities couples, it was a real wonder why Tom Cruise and girlfriend Katie Holmes refused to show the world how their baby girl looks like. Fox News helped to solve the Suri mystery, by reports that the couple did actually organize an 'official' bidding for the first photo shoot, when their girl was born almost three months ago.
The negotiations were held primarily with Wire Image that was to sell the pics to the likes of 'People', 'Star', 'In Touch Weekly' and 'US Weekly'. They were somehow similar with those held between Angelina, Brad and Getty Images. The new parents were 'inspired' in their decision by other famous examples such as Gwen Stefani and Brooke Shields, but were totally disappointed by the outcome of the negotiations.
Apparently, according to Fox News, Tom and Katie were offered only $3 million and were in no way satisfied by it, as Shiloh Nouvelle Jolie-Pitt pictures sold for $4 million. Consequently, the bidding was dropped as Wire Image wasn't willing to offer more for the Suri pictures and the couple wouldn't even hear of going under the 'price market'.
An unnamed source from inside Fox told the press that, because Suri is now almost three months old, her price is actually going down, instead of up, and adds that, quote, 'Shiloh was the real deal. We won't see a baby like that for a while'. That's too bad for Tom and Katie...
