According to the latest news, it looks like Tom Cruise has decided NOT to press charges against the four reporters that planned the water incident at the movie premiere, "War of the Worlds", which took place in London in Leicester Square.

Yesterday, Channel 4 apologized to Tom Cruise for the water incident. "The stunt was intended to be light hearted rather than malicious and we apologize to Cruise for any offense that was caused," a Channel 4 spokesperson said.

The reporters arrested for squirting Tom Cruise with water at the London premiere of "War Of The Worlds" were released on police bail yesterday.
