For his 43-year anniversary, Tom Cruise organized a dinner party on a yacht moored off the coast of the Dutch Antilles. Because he wanted his favorite chefs to prepared the food, the actor paid 10,000 pounds to fly them out from Italy to South America.
The three Italian cooks are working at Dal Bolognese, in Rome, a place visited by Tom every times it is possible. Restaurant owner Alfredo Tomasell confirmed: "We had a call asking about the availability of the chefs for Tom Cruise's birthday. Whenever he is in Italy he always comes to us."
The cooks prepared a three-course feast of tagliatelle ragu, veal Milanese and chocolate tiramisu aboard the yacht, owned by the Church of Scientology - the religious group he follows.
Tom was joined by fiancee Katie Holmes and a small group of friends and family for the bash.
