Naughty people might speculate and say Tom doesn't want to sign the pre-nup, but such talks can be easily dismissed if one thinks of the
present Mr. Cruise has recently given to Katie: a $20 million jet.
In order to follow the baby's progress, the actor has bought a sonogram machine, which he is to donate to an undisclosed maternity ward after the birth.
Holmes' catholic father might not be very pleased with the news, as he was reportedly desperate to have his daughter married before she gave birth.
