Video game publisher Ubisoft announces that its upcoming Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist is now available for pre-order on the Steam digital distribution service from Valve.

Gamers who are willing to pay for the new Sam Fisher adventure before it is released will get access to the new Upper Echelon content pack, which includes:

- a bonus cooperative mission called Dead Coast; - the Upper Echelon suit, which offers protection from enemy fire and better stealth; - Gold Sonar Goggles, which introduce a better way to track enemies through a level with tactical imaging.

Those who get the Deluxe Edition will also get Splinter Cell: Conviction to play.

Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Blacklist is set to arrive on the PC, the Xbox 360, the Wii U and the PlayStation 3 on August 20 in North America and three days later in Europe.
