On the list of urgent needs that travelers have there is also the public toilet problem, but from now on travelers have an app that can help them by recommending the top public restrooms closest to them.

To make the app even better, the ingenious people behind it just advertised their first new employment opportunity: Public Toilet Reviewer, or the person who will be rating New York's restrooms. The position is listed as urgent and the successful candidate will receive 100$ (€74) a day for his services.

In the job description posted on Craig's List it is mentioned that the candidate must have a college degree, he/she must be a talented and humorous writer and share the vision of making the job of finding a toilet easier to people.

Also, the candidate needs to have a PayPal account and an unlimited NYC Metro card. Besides the daily wage, the employee will also receive part of the Google Adsense profits made by the site.

The developer of Toiletfinder.com, Michael Li found a quite urgent need that people had and turned it into a business opportunity. “I built ToiletFinder in order to address a universal, legitimate human need,” the founder explains.

The goal of the website is to give people the opportunity to easily find a toilet near them. The individuals using the app can also leave an anonymous review with their feedback or advice.

After expanding in New York city, Michael is thinking about going global with his app, so that every person looking for a public toilet can access the site wherever he/she feels in need. Using the reviews posted on the site, the travelers won't need to deal with the awful search of a clean, usable toilet.

Toilet troubles have been neglected until now, even if they have a considerable importance. Other similar apps already exist and the Australian Government is one of the only official institution to run a national public toilet map.
