A 17-month-old prodigy has been caught on tape displaying incredible world geography knowledge.

A clip sent in by Aanav Jayakar's parents aired on Good Morning America. It shows his mom grilling him and him getting it right almost 100 percent of the time.

According to ABC News, Jayakar knows the capitals of countries such as Russia, Japan, China, the Czech Republic, Ireland or Spain.

The odd thing is that the child barely knows how to speak. Apparently, he is just now mastering that skill.

However, his mother gives us a translation of what he is saying after he recites info on the capitals.

He is asked about information on several capitals and only stumbles on Switzerland. While he originally gets it wrong and names Amsterdam as the capital city, he quickly corrects himself.
