Tomorrow as well, since the ‘Free Phone Friday’ campaign is back, with an extra day added into the mix. This Friday and Saturday only, Best Buy Mobile will have on sale three free smartphones from three different carriers, the company announced.

Mobile phone users in the United States interested in the purchase of a new device would be able to get a free Android or BlackBerry smartphone from all Best Buy and Best Buy Mobile specialty stores, as well as online at BestBuy.com/Mobile.

Today and tomorrow (April 29th through 30th), the three free smartphones are the Samsung Fascinate on Verizon's network, the BlackBerry Curve 3G with Sprint connectivity, and the Samsung Captivate, which connects to AT&T's airwaves.

“We’ve had tremendous success with the ‘Free Phone Friday’ campaigns we ran last October and December, and we’ve been waiting for the opportunity to do it again with a great lineup of in-demand phones,” said Scott Moore, vice president of Marketing for Best Buy Mobile.

“We’ve worked hard to make it as easy as possible for people to find the smart phone that’s right for them with the most smart phones under one roof, exclusives and expert advice, and this is just one more reason to visit Best Buy Mobile.”

As one might imagine, the free handsets are available with a new or upgrade activation, on two-year agreements. The offer is not available on prior purchases. Moreover, Best Buy notes that minimum quantities will vary by store.

For those out of the loop, we should note that the retailer had the ‘Free Phone Friday’ campaign in place last year, when it offered four free phones each Friday in October. Best Buy Mobile is one of the leading destinations for people looking for the purchase of a new mobile phone, and has one of the largest selections of carriers, handsets and accessories. More info on the new offering and on the devices available through Best Buy can be found on the company's website.
